Biography
Ashley Hicks, is a Registered IRS Tax Professional having held key executive administrative positions for over a decade; helping to both manage and grow each respectively to record breaking success. With her core strengths in management as well as hospitality Ashley began her career helping managing one of North West Arkansas’s most prominent hotels and meeting facilities. In the years following and after relocating to Central Arkansas Ashley took on her roles as an executive administrator and business manger.
Her dedication and passion are evident in the everyday dealings and communications with others. Ashley Says, "It feels so good to share with others about the compassion and humanity a solid future emphasizes and the sheer opportunity we have to completely change our own lives.” Her energy and passion helps to boost others. Ashley best thrives in an environment where she can combine fun and education to develop the next generation of leaders. Ashley follows the motto; "I want to make a difference, doing something that makes a difference, with people who want to make a difference".
Ashley has comprised a flourishing background in sales, training, recruitment, consulting, and leadership coupled with incredible work ethics. Among her colleagues Ashley is hailed as a solid partner. She continues to pay it forward by being open and communicating new and different ideas, strategies, implementations and assisting those wanting to better themselves.
In referencing the Myers-Briggs® Type Indicator and personalty assessment test Ashley is identified as an "ENFJ". ENFJ's are natural-born leaders, full of passion and charisma. Forming around two percent of the population, they are oftentimes our politicians, our coaches and our teachers, reaching out and inspiring others to achieve and to do good in the world.
